This year's art prize is $10,000

The universe has given the most amazing visual delights to man over the ages, and ours is no different. The festival site will exlode with colour and creativity as it is transformed into a giant outdoor gallery.

In art there is always infinite possibility, only directed by the life and times of the artists who create. Art and creativity and driving aspects of the human psyche that have guided us to where we are today and will also give us inspiration for the journey ahead.

All of us can be involved in creating the artistic future of the festival and the world around us today. Wear your funkiest clothes, most out there hat, dance your most craziest dance, walk your most weirdest walk, make your camp the biggest step into another world around, tell people your funniest stories, and follow any creative instinct you have over the weekend, roll in the mud, draw in the sand, hug a stranger, join a workshop and just feel your inner artist explode, your in the perfect place for an art experience youll never forget!

If you want that extra bit of inspiriation than how about the possibility for $10,000 worth of prize money just for having a go at creating something you've always wanted to? By yourself or with friends we really want to inspire you to help us create an outdoor art space like no other, an amazing gathering of art of every different genre, theme, direction, size or otherwise, and we will give away $10,000 for the best art at the festival.

Last year the exposure artists received far outwayed the money and many people sold works for far more than the prize itself. Something special happens when musicians take the stage at a festival, something that you really have to be there to imagine!

Wonderful sounds will fill the hills over 4 days in summer, with the best variety of music on offer at any festival in Australia, on offer for your eyes and ears only!

4 stages playing everything from a girl and a guitar to the massive bring your own instruments cosmic jam, last year providing some of the most amazing sounds at the festival and going for a massive 8 hours! Over 70 Australian and 9 international music acts will showcase over the event on amazing stages, with concert sound, and amazing light and laser shows at night. Come experience something new, be entertained by the breadth of music talent, and lose yourself in the sounds, under the shade of a big gum tree.
